The location of the hotel is lovely and incredible, adjacent to several popular hiking trails such as the Rigi Classic Trail, the Rigi Panorama Trail and the Flower Trail as well as both cable car & cogwheel train. Also, I could reach Gratalp Ski Resort, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The property is clean; a nice size rooms; extremely comfy bed. The staff are reasonably good and excellent. The hotel has a superb bar.

That was enchanting hotel set in mountain area, right by the slopes, several popular hiking trails such as the Rigi Classic Trail, the Rigi Panorama Trail and the Flower Trail, and good restaurants. The breakfast selection was fresh made with a good variaty.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for a mountain resort. The room had a beautiful large window with a gorgeous mountain view, and it had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location in a peaceful area was perfect, especially for those seeking tranquility. The staff at the reception area were attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days to relax and recharge. The location is perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and the mountain train and cable car stations. The food served at the hotel restaurants was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful. The swimming pool and spa facilities were a great bonus, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Situated atop the mountains, the hotel is easily accessible by cable car and public transport. The view from the rooms is fantastic, and the spa is very spacious with lots of facilities to help guests unwind. The breakfast offers an extensive selection of dishes, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The noise levels in the rooms can be unpleasant, and the soundproofing needs improving.

I had spotless, beautiful rooms with a balcony and a storage space.

We arrived at a charming hotel on top of a mountain, greeted by friendly staff and a perfect view of the Swiss Alps from our room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the private entryway to the Rigi Kaltbad mineral baths and spa. We felt completely relaxed after a visit to the spa. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, although it was difficult to find all the offerings if we arrived after 8:30. The only downside was the limited access to the spa after 18:30. But overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
